It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Melbourne Homes and all staff involved. We have been very happy with the construction phase of our new home and this has largely been due to the association we have had with our Site Manager. From our first initial meeting, we have always found him to be pleasant mannered and willing to help wherever needed, many times doing more than was required from him. This friendly association has resulted in the process of building feel more personal than it may have been otherwise. We felt that our home was as important and special to him as it was to us! He had hands on approach and interacted so well between us and his contractor's that it allowed for a smooth flow with minimal hiccups along the way.
